Rhea brings an exciting new element to the team through her expertise as a dual qualified accredited exercise physiologist, and accredited practicing dietician. She has a comprehensive health background having delivered health coaching and occupational health services, within both private practice and various public health environments. Rhea has extensive experience in pain management, exercise oncology, mental wellbeing and fatigue.


Rhea’s colleagues, clients and customers describe her as a switched-on health professional that deeply cares about others. She achieves excellent health, life and work outcomes for her clients, both face-to-face in Sydney, and nationally via telehealth.



Outside of work Rhea loves the outdoors and you will likely find her by the water discovering a new beach, or on a hike with a group of friends.

Dr Vicky Phillips, General Manager, presented as a finalist for the Practitioner Award, at the recent Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Research to Practice 2024 Conference. This study provided retrospective analysis of a pain science program delivered by the wider EXPHYS team, to 1,275 people living with persistent pain. A wonderful collaboration between EXPHYS, Deakin University and AIA Australia. Exercise physiologist-led pain science coaching resulted in clinically meaningful pain reduction and functional improvements, return to work outcomes, and positive customer experience. This was proudly presented at the Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Research to Practice 2024 Conference. Innovative technology combined with expert fatigue science coaching, achieved positive health, life and work results, in this individual experiencing persistent fatigue following covid infection.
