Mitch holds a Bachelor of Sports Science from the University of Newcastle NSW, with Post-Graduate Masters of Clinical Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) from Charles Sturt University NSW.


Mitch is experienced in Pain Science, Fatigue Science, Exercise Oncology, Mental Health and Occupational Health.  He holds extensive additional training in pain science from the prestigious Neuro-Orthopaedic Institute (Noigroup), including pain neuroscience education, graded motor imagery, mobilising the nervous system, and pain multidisciplinary practice.


With fifteen years’ experience as a well-rounded exercise physiologist, Mitch’s inspiration comes from coaching his clients to achieve their health and recovery goals; relating to daily activities, hobbies, and work performance.


He has delivered onsite training, health promotion interventions, and functional capacity evaluations to the NSW Mining community.  He has also mentored health professionals at the commencement of their careers.


Mitch has worked for a respected multi-disciplinary pain team where his skills and expertise are highly regarded by pain, orthopaedic and neurological medical specialists.


Mitch keeps busy with his wife and two young children. He enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, soccer, and surfing.
