The Better OnE Program has been amazing, Bonel is incredible and has helped me more than I can even describe. Bonel has been instrumental in my recovery, his support, knowledge and kindness was just wonderful.  

The program firstly got me out of the house and exercising outdoors. We also progressed back into the gym. I gained so much confidence and my fitness level quickly grew.  I felt so lucky that he was exercising with me and talking me through it all. Bonel also made the effort to meet with me, my doctor and family to discuss my progress and discuss me safely returning to work and daily tasks. 

With Bonel’s support and guidance I have come further that I thought that I would and for that I will always be grateful.
