THE PROCESS

  • REFERRAL

    You refer the client to EXPHYS. See more info on our programs and how we deliver.

  • FUNDING

    EXPHYS liaises directly with the insurer to request and obtain funding.

  • INITIAL APPOINTMENT

    EXPHYS consultant contacts the client to schedule an initial appointment. Meet our team.

  • COLLABORATION & REPORTING

    EXPHYS consultant collaborates, reports and works alongside the referrer, funder and other key people throughout. Reporting is factual, objective, and focuses on function.  


    In addition, the EXPHYS leadership and support team is always working in the background to support the process and deliver on outcomes.

  • PROGRAM DELIVERY

    EXPHYS delivers the program and empowers the client.
