The 2026 theme,
“Expert Advice for Every Body”, reflects the importance of movement and exercise support that is tailored to individual needs, goals and life stages. At EXPHYS, our accredited Exercise Physiologists support Australians through movement that is designed to be safe, achievable and sustainable, helping people work toward the Australian Government Physical Activity Guidelines recommendation of at least 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise on most days to support health and wellbeing.
