Adriana is the Clinical and Rehabilitation Lead at EXPHYS. She guides the professional development of the most highly experienced national team of exercise physiologists in Australia, with an average of 15 years’ experience.

 

Adriana holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (First Class Honours) and a Master in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation (Distinction), and has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA for over a decade.


A graduate of the Women and Leadership Australia Program and participant in the renowned Explain Pain Conference, Adriana brings academic, leadership and clinical depth to her work. She represents ESSA’s Pain Special Interest Group, shaping national pain education, and contributes to the Australian Pain Society and Pain Australia. The pain recovery e-book that she co-authored has reached over 80,000 readers.


Adriana is a respected speaker, presenting to insurance and rehabilitation professionals on pain science, fatigue, mental health, and menopause—translating complex topics into practical insights that drive better outcomes. Adriana also practically coaches her clients with this expert knowledge, where she supports clients face-to-face in Tamworth and surrounds; and nationally via telehealth.
