Charlotte brings over 15 years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, underpinned by dual degrees in Exercise Rehabilitation (BSc ExRehab) and Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Sp&Ex).
As Head of Health, she is responsible for the organisation’s clinical governance and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring the highest delivery standard, evidence‑based practice across all services.
In her leadership role, Charlotte mentors and coaches her national team of senior clinicians, supporting professional growth, fostering clinical excellence, and strengthening consistency in service delivery. Charlotte continues to practise clinically, seeing clients face‑to‑face in Perth and nationally via telehealth. She has specialist expertise in exercise oncology, supported by her research experience at Edith Cowan University (ECU), and is highly skilled in fatigue management, pain science, and mental wellbeing.
