Office and Operations Manager
Joanna is an experienced Office and Operations Manager with 13 years in office management and a key member of the EXPHYS leadership team. She leads the office administration arm and oversees business operations, ensuring seamless support across the organisation.
Joanna is the central coordination point across the business, working closely with EXPHYS’ team of exercise physiologists, company leaders, and partners. She and her administrative team serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and a consistently positive experience.
With a professional background spanning customer service, IT, and software sectors, Joanna brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She combines this experience with a strong passion for health and wellbeing, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to EXPHYS’ mission.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, along with travelling, food, true crime podcasts, and researching her DNA through Ancestry.
