Keegan holds a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the University of South Australia. He also brings a strong foundation in Strength and Conditioning, with Level 2 Coaching Certification through the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA).
A curious and forward-thinking health professional, Keegan is driven by innovation and evidence-based practice. His research into physiological and biomechanical workload has been published in The Journal of Australian Strength and Conditioning (JASC).
Keegan has four years’ experience in clinical exercise physiology, including the assessment of functional capacity and supporting clients with return-to-work. He is experienced in pain science, fatigue science, mental health and cancer recovery.
Known for his clear communication and approachable manner, Keegan builds strong, trusted relationships with his clients. He is highly responsive in meeting the needs of partnering customers. He ensures high-quality care and impactful outcomes across every stage of a client’s recovery journey.
Outside of work, Keegan channels his passion for martial arts as both a competitor and coach. He represented Australia at the 2025 World Beach Sambo Championships and serves as Head Coach and Coordinator of a kids Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program.
