💜 This World Menopause Day, we recognise the impact of chronic pain on women's health and quality of life. The 2026 theme, “Chronic Pain at Midlife,” highlights an important women's health issue, with almost 3 in 4 women experiencing joint or muscle pain during perimenopause. At EXPHYS we proudly support women to reduce pain, improve health outcomes and be empowered with knowledge during menopause. Through our BETTER Health for Women Program, participants achieved a 60% improvement in menopause knowledge, while 73% connected with the Australasian Menopause Society for continued access to trusted health resources. Over the weekend, Team Emergency Services came together for the 24hr Fight Against Cancer Macarthur . Led by Captain Andrew Evans, of Fire and Rescue NSW , following his own cancer recovery journey, to raise funds and support people affected by cancer across the Macarthur community. EXPHYS was proud to support the event, with health professional Rhea Balmaceda joining Andrew and Team Emergency Services on the day. Having supported Andrew throughout his cancer recovery through the EXPHYS BETTER OnE Program , it was particularly meaningful for Rhea to walk alongside him beyond the program. Congratulations to Andrew, Team Emergency Services, the event organisers and everyone who contributed to this wonderful community initiative, bringing people together to raise awareness and make a difference. EXPHYS is proud to have played a part in Andrew's recovery alongside EML Group and Fire and Rescue NSW .
