Beneath the Surface: Recovery and Return to Work in Mining

Beneath the Surface: Recovery and Return to Work in Mining ⛏️

This week, the EXPHYS team had the opportunity to deliver a CPD Lunch & Learn session with one of our valued partners — exploring the intricacies of building capacity for return to work (RTW) in the mining sector. From operating heavy machinery to enduring heat, vibration, and confined spaces, their work requires tailored, function-specific assessment and rehabilitation.

At EXPHYS, our leadership and consulting team bring expertise in functional restoration and RTW decision making for the mining industry.

Our BETTER FUNCTION Program is used to support miners with evidence-based, real-world strategies for returning to work and life.
