Congratulations to our National Finalist, Kayla Dang 🎉


EXPHYS celebrated with Kayla, as one of three finalists for the 2024 ARPA National Outstanding Achievement in Return to Work Award - Associate Members & Industry Stakeholders. This award recognises the complex clinical support that EXPHYS provides, and the health and work outcomes achieved.


Kayla navigated the complexities of anxiety followed by breast cancer to support her client through utmost care, trust and innovation. Health, functional capacity and work mindset improvements resulted with a successful graded RTW, in collaboration with workplace rehabilitation provider, from not working, to returning to pre-disability role, in 8 weeks”, said Dr Vicky Phillips, General Manager, EXPHYS.
