At EXPHYS, we are experts in pain science and its practical application to improve function and performance for life and work. Our Pain Coaches hold specialist knowledge and extensive training in pain science, including the biology and physiology of pain. EXPHYS Pain Coaching Programs are delivered both without virtual reality, and can be supercharged through immersive virtual reality.

📚 Extensive additional training from the prestigious Neuro-Orthopaedic Institute (Noigroup), covering pain neuroscience education, graded motor imagery, mobilising the nervous system, and pain multidisciplinary practice.


🎓 A Professional Certificate in Pain Science from the University of South Australia, and we are proud Pain Revolution Pain Educators.


🧑🏻‍⚕️ Work with hospital and multidisciplinary pain programs, and our expertise is recognised by being chapter authors of the Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Exercise for Persisting Pain e-book.
