With over a decade of experience as a clinical exercise physiologist, Freya is passionate about enhancing life and work performance through optimal health.


Specialising in the compensable insurance industry, Freya thrives in collaborative environments, helping EXPHYS customers and clients achieve their rehabilitation and return-to-work goals.


Freya’s experience as a senior rehabilitation consultant equips her to restore client function and see this transferred to return to work. Her bubbly personality and approachable nature ensure she builds strong, trusted relationships with both clients and customers.


Freya has a background in high-level sport, having played and coached at an elite level. She served as club captain for the Sydney University Rugby Club. Freya is also a keen surfer and loves to travel!
