Introducing Kyra Suarez of EXPHYS 👋


Kyra Suarez
Senior Exercise Physiologist

Brisbane/Gold Coast, QLD | Tweed, NSW


Kyra is a compassionate and results-driven exercise physiologist. Her experience spans seven years across exercise physiology and exercise science. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and additional certification in cancer recovery, Ex-Med Cancer. 

 

Kyra is passionate about supporting her clients through oncology exercise, fatigue science, pain science, mental health and return-to-work (RTW) rehabilitation. She draws on extensive experience working with people throughout cancer treatment and survivorship, helping clients reduce pain and fatigue, rebuild strength, and confidently optimise their health for life and work. 

 

Outside of work, Kyra enjoys travelling, hiking, and soaking up the Gold Coast weather at the beach with her young family.
