Rhea Balmaceda
Exercise Physiologist, Dietician
Sydney, NSW


Rhea brings an exciting new element to the team through her expertise as a dual qualified accredited exercise physiologist, and accredited practicing dietician. She has a comprehensive health background having delivered health coaching and occupational health services, within both private practice and various public health environments. Rhea has extensive experience in pain management, exercise oncology, mental wellbeing and fatigue.


Rhea’s colleagues, clients and customers describe her as a switched-on health professional that deeply cares about others. She achieves excellent health, life and work outcomes for her clients, both face-to-face in Sydney, and nationally via telehealth.



Outside of work Rhea loves the outdoors and you will likely find her by the water discovering a new beach, or on a hike with a group of friends.
