Amy holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, with a Post-Graduate Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University, NSW. Prior to joining EXPHYS, she had a managerial background and four years of clinical exercise physiology experience, leading a team of allied health professionals in a clinic gymnasium and medical centre.


Highly regarded in her local community health and medical industry, Amy has holistic experience assisting clients across various backgrounds, including Life Insurance, National Disability Scheme, Veterans Affairs, Medicare, Workers' Compensation, and Motor Accidents. Her genuine care for clients and clinical expertise have led to remarkable outcomes.


Apart from being a true role model, Amy is also a proud mother to five children and enjoys playing AFL.
