The event, that included quality industry speakers, provided great overview of recent industry improvements and further evolution required.


A strong theme was the significant role life insurance plays for the wellbeing of their customers. EXPHYS values the significant role we play in achieving this for our insurance and superannuation partners, and their members.



Other key topics included the customer’s perspective, technological advances preventing fraud, and moving beyond legacy systems.
