Client Story - Rosemary

Rosemary has suffered from persistent pain and was referred to our Pain Science Program. This program uses the modern, scientific understanding of pain to change people's lives. When someone makes sense of their persistent pain, their pain reduces, and their function improves. EXPHYS pain coaches are physiologists with expert pain science knowledge and skill.

"The Pain Science Program helped me understand the science of pain, and knowing this has helped me gain some control over it.

My coach Kelly gave me some great tools to help with my pain. Kelly was extremely encouraging, and I felt very comfortable discussing my pain situation with her. Kelly answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and explained in more detail things that I didn’t understand to begin with. Her empathy and understanding of pain have helped me enormously."
