Testimonial | Cancer Recovery

Recovery isn't always about returning to work immediately. Sometimes it's about rebuilding the capacity and independence needed to rebuild confidence in daily life.

A registered nurse recovering from breast cancer joined the EXPHYS BETTER OnE Program to address fatigue, reduced physical capacity and shortness of breath. Supported by senior Exercise Physiologist Martin Stead, the client completed individualised virtual sessions focused on restoring function and independence.

The client highlighted the value of supportive guidance throughout their recovery journey, achieving meaningful improvements:

🔷 Fatigue reduced from 60% to 40%.
🔷 Walking capacity increased to more than 90 minutes.
🔷 Independence improved from 30% to 80%.
🔷 Self-management increased from 50% to 90%.

✅ NPS: 10/10
✅ Client Satisfaction: Very Satisfied
