The program achieved a 40% reduction in rehabilitation spend, simplified the referral and recovery process, and supported earlier return-to-work momentum through the integration of pain science coaching and functional upgrading.

These outcomes reflect EXPHYS’ commitment to delivering evidence-based health solutions that create sustainable value for customers and the life insurance industry. Recognised through the 2026 ALUCA Life Insurance Excellence Awards, the program reflects EXPHYS' commitment to optimising health for life and work.
